Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education, a Master of Education degree, and an ongoing pursuit of a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership, my journey in the world of learning and development has been both enriching and diverse. With over 25 years of experience ranging from early childhood education to postsecondary education, with emphasis on work-based learning, career and academic advising, and helping to develop individuals and communities through workforce development, I have enjoyed success in helping organizations improve their programming to increase funding, and improve staff and student outcomes. Specializing in work-based learning, educational coaching, consulting, administration, and project management, I bring a holistic perspective to the dynamic world of education through the creation of partnerships and pipelines to careers .

I have had the privilege of presenting at many statewide conferences, participating in diverse educational and workforce forums, and delivering large-scale training initiatives.
